Salary: $81,199.87 - $94,734 USD (Annual)

What you will do

  • Execute timely and compliant payroll processing, including bonuses, retroactive adjustments, and termination payouts.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records, tax withholding profiles, and wage garnishments.
  • Review and process timesheets and leave accruals within the Costpoint system.
  • Generate payroll reports and support year-end activities, including W-2 processing and account reconciliations.
  • Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries with professionalism and high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Corporate Business Systems to ensure seamless cross-functional operations.

Requirements

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience supporting multi-state operations.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically advanced Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Nice to have

  • FPC or CPP certification.
  • Experience with ADP and Dayforce.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
