What you will do

• Perform basic accounting data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist with project set-up processes in the ERP system, including data entry and document preparation.
• Organize and maintain electronic project and accounting files to ensure accessibility.
• Support month-end close preparation by gathering and organizing backup documentation.
• Assist the Accounting team with administrative tasks related to document control and record retention.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy, flagging discrepancies as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes, including ERP software.
