What you will do

• Provide daily oversight and quality control for payroll transaction inputs.
• Process off-cycle payments and analyze reasons to prevent future occurrences.
• Research and resolve complex pay inquiries and management requests.
• Perform root cause analysis to implement permanent fixes for payroll issues.
• Generate and review reports to ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Deliver payroll processing training and lead business process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Workday (Report Writer).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with payroll in a large company.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
• Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
