What you will do

• Own features end-to-end on the clinical platform, Panacea.
• Build tools to identify client needs and surface support content such as articles, videos, and courses.
• Develop and enhance the form builder used by clinical teams to gather client information.
• Write readable, extensible, and modular code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship outcomes based on user needs.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a full-stack developer.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind.
• Good understanding of modular code and design.
• Must be based in the UK or Europe.
• Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to safeguarding standards for adults and children.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Curiosity and interest in using AI to produce better work.
