• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences from concept through production.
• Prototype fast and validate implementations with real patients and care teams.
• Translate product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns for scale.
• Build systems that communicate AI and automation actions transparently to users.
• Champion performance, accessibility, and reliability across the codebase.
• Document and share AI-native workflows to improve team velocity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong experience as a full-stack generalist with a focus on frontend development.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Three.js, and JavaScript.
• Backend experience with SST, Drizzle, SQL, and Node.
• Ability to work independently and own large areas of the codebase.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 in a fast-paced startup environment.
