What you will do

• Design beautiful products and features for a sports-focused social network and messaging platform.
• Identify network effects and viral growth opportunities to enhance the user experience.
• Leverage data mining and ML approaches to model and predict end-user behavior.
• Translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.
• Develop new metrics to quantify the value of product personalization and set up performance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to share insights through data visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment (non-standard 9-5 hours).
