What you will do

• Lead technical implementation for Dynamics ERP projects in teams of 4-6 members.
• Manage system deployment, maintenance, data migration, and modification design.
• Provide architectural advice and technical design estimates for functional requirements.
• Mentor junior developers through guidance and code reviews.
• Develop design specifications and end-user documentation.
• Train customer technical resources on F&O system maintenance and integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience developing with X++.
• 2+ years of experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Life Cycle Services (LCS), and Azure platform.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI).
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in SQL, Dynamics AX/365, or Visual Studio.
• Experience upgrading from Ax 2009 & 2012 to D365.
• Proven experience managing small development teams.
