What you will do

• Develop and execute a global marketing and growth strategy to attract fans to the network.
• Build a content marketing strategy utilizing AI, including a "history and legends" section.
• Manage and optimize international SEO/SMO to capture organic traffic across multiple languages.
• Maximize the value of event and team sponsorships to drive millions of users.
• Design and implement viral growth loops into the product to improve user experience and acquisition.
• Execute paid marketing campaigns across Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and Facebook.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience managing marketing strategy for international companies.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling startups and driving cost-effective traffic.
• Deep expertise in international SEO, SMO, content marketing, and eCommerce.
• Experience with mobile platforms and guerrilla marketing strategies.
• Must be based in or able to work from Santa Monica, CA.

• Ability to code or deep understanding of network/messaging technology.
