TL;DR

Change Implementation Lead: Leading the implementation of change across a portfolio of initiatives with an accent on developing strategies, assessing impacts, and embedding new ways of working. Focus on coaching senior leaders, managing risks, and building organisational change capability.

Location: Hybrid in Manchester – minimum 2 days per week in the office. Offices across England.

Salary: £60,000 - £66,000

What you will do

  • Lead planning and delivery of change implementation across multiple initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop realistic implementation plans and deliverables like strategies, impact assessments, and training approaches.
  • Coach leaders and teams to build change capability and confidence.
  • Identify, manage implementation risks, and support decision-making.
  • Track delivery, provide quality assurance, and represent change workstreams in governance forums.
  • Contribute to the hirify.global-wide change implementation community of practice.

Requirements

  • Strong practical experience leading change implementation in complex environments.
  • Confidence applying change management tools in delivery settings.
  • Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading others, including matrix management.
  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with emphasis on outcomes and people.
