• Manage 20+ concurrent projects, balancing priorities and resources without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional design experience, including proven leadership or team management.
• Strong background in B2B, manufacturing, or technical product environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and deep understanding of typography and production workflows.
• Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
