What you will do

• Lead execution of Thailand market strategy, including regulatory setup, partnerships, distribution, and growth.
• Oversee obtaining licenses and regulatory approvals, ensuring compliance with internal and external teams.
• Build and manage relationships with insurers, negotiate partnerships, distribution agreements, and integrations.
• Drive platform launch and product iterations with product and engineering teams for strong product-market fit.
• Establish operating processes, reporting, and cadence to support growth and performance.
• Represent the company with stakeholders and build a high-performing team with ownership culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth tech companies
• Highly analytical and execution-focused in fast-paced, adaptive environments
• Experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships
• Strong leadership with building and managing cross-functional teams
• Understanding of Thailand insurance market, regulations, and distribution (plus)
