What you will do
- Handle high volumes of live chat and phone calls to resolve user queries.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to deliver accurate and comprehensive information.
- Manage complaints and provide effective solutions within defined time limits.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and corporate policies.
- Proactively engage customers to exceed service standards and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Willing to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts.
- Proficiency in using IT for professional use to handle technical queries.
- Exceptional written communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain field.
