TL;DR

Location: Remote within the USA, Colombia, or Brazil; requires willingness to travel for on-site tasks.

What you will do
- Support internally developed software and troubleshoot customer system issues for Navis products.
- Manage the full lifecycle of support cases, collaborating with Development, QA, and Product teams.
- Verify and isolate application defects using customer datasets and lab environments.
- Perform on-site software/hardware upgrades and test third-party system integrations at customer facilities.
- Conduct account management activities, including regular case reviews and conference calls.
- Participate in a global 24x7 on-call roster to handle critical issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of N4 TOS product support experience, preferably in shipping or logistics.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server, Oracle, networking, and familiarity with Java/J2EE.
- Hands-on experience with JAVA, XML, and client-server applications.
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be based in the USA, Colombia, or Brazil; flexibility to work shifts and travel.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation terminals.
- Coding skills in Core Java/Groovy.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools like Hyperic.
