Location: Remote. Must be located in Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, or Panama

What you will do

  • Handle customer support issues for assigned game studios.
  • Assist players with account and technical difficulties.
  • Resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries.
  • Stay updated on client projects, branding, and latest game releases.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads and Operations Managers to optimize support.
  • Undergo assisted training modules to develop professional support skills.

Requirements

  • English: Advanced level (minimum C1) required.
  • Location: Must be based in Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, or Panama.
  • In-depth gaming knowledge and a passion for video games.
  • Modern gaming PC/laptop with Windows 11, 8GB+ RAM, and specific CPU/GPU benchmarks.
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mb/s upload/download, Latency < 120 ms).
  • Dedicated quiet workspace within your residence.

  • Experience in a customer service environment.
