What you will do
- Handle customer support issues for assigned game studios.
- Assist players with account and technical difficulties.
- Resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries.
- Stay updated on client projects, branding, and latest game releases.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and Operations Managers to optimize support.
- Undergo assisted training modules to develop professional support skills.
Requirements
- English: Advanced level (minimum C1) required.
- Location: Must be based in Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, or Panama.
- In-depth gaming knowledge and a passion for video games.
- Modern gaming PC/laptop with Windows 11, 8GB+ RAM, and specific CPU/GPU benchmarks.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mb/s upload/download, Latency < 120 ms).
- Dedicated quiet workspace within your residence.
