What you will do

• Lead daily operations, including shift planning and coverage for US business hours.
• Monitor payment workflows to ensure tasks meet quality standards and SLAs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority escalations and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Mentor team members, provide coaching, and drive a high-performing team culture.
• Identify recurring operational issues and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading a team in payment operations, fintech, or similar fields.
• Proven track record of managing SLAs, escalations, and operational workflows.
• Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Jira.
• Available to work from the Medellín office (hybrid).
• Ability to support critical incidents outside of standard working hours.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex issues.
