What you will do

• Manage the automated coding of invoices by ensuring Ramp is configured correctly.
• Own the end-to-end vendor dispute process, including direct communication with vendors and the Logistics team.
• Assist with payroll operations for both the US (Paylocity) and Colombia (Deel).
• Support transportation payable-related audit inquiries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable.
• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid).
• Unable to provide sponsorship.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Previous experience in the transportation industry.
• Prior experience with NetSuite and Ramp.
