What you will do
- Deliver support via email, chat, and phone to ensure customer success post-sales
- Handle technical and product issues, including escalations and cross-functional coordination
- Act as customer advocate by providing product feedback to shape the roadmap
- Create knowledge base articles to enable team scalability and self-service
Requirements
- 2+ years technical support experience at a SaaS company via email, chat, and phone
- Experience managing multiple tickets while maintaining high CSAT
- AI-forward mindset with experience using AI tools for support efficiency
- Troubleshooting integration, data sync, and application issues
- Strong communication skills and experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk
- Detail-oriented, organized, with creative problem-solving in fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP/accounting systems
- Experience with payment systems or Fintech
- Familiarity with HTML, API calls, or basic scripting
