What you will do

• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and build reporting dashboards and predictive models like churn risk scores.
• Design, configure, and maintain AI workflows using Gemini, Glean, Workato, UIPath for automation like ticket summarization and forecasting.
• Map and optimize customer-facing processes, onboarding, and milestone tracking for scalability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, CS, and Support to influence roadmaps and enable teams on new tools.
• Monitor workflows for security, compliance, track adoption, and document playbooks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in operations, business intelligence, or automation engineering.
• Strong expertise in Excel/Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with AI or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Workato, UIPath, Gainsight).
• Familiarity with CRM/CX systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Gainsight.
• Experience with Workato, n8n, Make.com, or Zapier (at least one).
• Problem-solving ability to turn data into insights; builder mindset; clear communicator for non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• SQL and Power BI.
