Senior Feasibility Associate (LATAM)

TL;DR

Senior Feasibility Associate (LATAM): Support delivery of pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone feasibility projects for clinical trials with an accent on global feasibility analyses, site identification, and enrollment modeling. Focus on conducting competitive analysis, historical recruitment, epidemiology, standards of care, and presenting recommendations to business development and clients.

Location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, or Peru

What you will do

• Support pre-award feasibility projects including analysis for RFPs, competitive analysis, historical recruitment, standards of care, drug, epidemiology, site, and country analysis.
• Review clinical protocols and study plans for US and global trials, present feasibility analysis to BD/clients.
• Interface with colleagues, consultants, partners; conduct site outreach and participate in BDM/client calls.
• Support post-award feasibility including deliverables, team management, training, site outreach, data accuracy, and sponsor meetings.
• Engage patient advocacy groups and site networks; analyze site data for enrollment modeling and study strategies.
• Collaborate with study teams on feasibility input, delivery plans, and follow SOPs, templates, tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; minimum 5 years related experience in feasibility analysis and site identification
• Professional level English communication (verbal and written)
• Domestic and international travel including overnight stays
• Strong management, organizational, analytical, IT/data analysis, and presentation skills.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; web/data platforms.
• ICH-GCP knowledge; work in matrix environment independently and in team.
