What you will do

• Lead annual and multi-year strategy deployment processes using Hoshin Kanri, OKRs, or Balanced Scorecard frameworks.
• Translate SS&P strategic priorities into clear objectives, breakthrough initiatives, KPIs, and milestones.
• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic programs across supply chain performance, risk, compliance, and digitalization.
• Facilitate catchball discussions with leadership and key stakeholders to drive alignment and ownership.
• Define program governance, structure, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria for cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor progress and risks to ensure strategic focus is maintained throughout the year.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional experience in program/portfolio management, strategy deployment, or supply chain operations.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and executives.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with Hoshin Kanri, OKR, Balanced Scorecard, MBO, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Consulting background or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Knowledge of procurement and technology-driven industrial environments.
