What you will do

• Provide administrative and in-person event support for the Influencer Marketing (IM) team.
• Manage media requests for samples, press releases, and information in a timely manner.
• Compile monthly IM reports and maintain master media and influencer lists.
• Coordinate influencer content activation and create tactical press releases and PR assets.
• Manage product cost budgets and process purchase orders using the Ariba system.
• Monitor competitor activities and lead the bi-weekly 'The Luxury Edit' internal newsletter.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK.
• Studies in Public Relations and media communications are preferred.
• Previous work experience is essential (internships and traineeships are considered).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated interest and awareness in social media activities.
