Azure Tech Lead

Location: Antwerp, Belgium — hybrid

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize a resilient Azure platform for product teams across the organization.
• Implement infrastructure as code with Bicep and Terraform, alongside GitOps and CI/CD automation.
• Lead Azure security, governance, and compliance frameworks, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Optimize cloud cost and performance through FinOps, autoscaling, and monitoring.
• Mentor Azure engineers and collaborate with product, DevOps, security, Microsoft, and partner teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Azure architecture, networking, security, and identity management.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of AKS, Azure Functions, and hybrid cloud with Azure Arc.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and zero-trust security models.
• Ability to mentor engineers, influence across functions, and drive strategic cloud adoption.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
