Consultant Data Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and manage cloud services across GCP, AWS, and Azure, including storage, compute, cost optimization, role management, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Containerize and orchestrate applications with Docker and Kubernetes, including clusters adapted to Data Science workloads.
• Develop server-side Python tools for bulk data processing, REST APIs, authentication, and related services.
• Manage CI/CD integration and deployment for applications, internal platforms, and client-side Data Science projects.
• Develop ETL scripts and data pipelines in Big Data environments.
• Implement infrastructure and services that support Data Scientists and the training and deployment of machine learning models.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with a strong quantitative component, such as econometrics, physics, mathematics, statistics, or quantitative finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Data, DevOps, Cloud, or Software Engineering.
• Strong Python skills, experience with at least one SQL DBMS, and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Experience or strong interest in cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD automation, Kubernetes, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience implementing application security measures, including certificate management, HTTPS, OAuth2, and credential management.
• Excellent English, Dutch, and French verbal and written skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Terraform, GitLab CE, or multiple cloud services used within one project.
