TL;DR

Partner Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Enabling strategic partners to conduct discoveries, PoVs, and deployments for a data engine used in IT and Security with an accent on partner enablement and technical coaching. Focus on designing scalable data architectures, driving partner adoption of technical resources, and translating complex architectures into value-driven narratives.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United Kingdom)

What you will do

  • Act as the technical face for strategic partners, enabling them to run high-quality discoveries, PoVs, and deployments independently.
  • Train and coach partners on value pillars, use cases, and business cases to increase co-sell contribution.
  • Provide architecture expertise and serve as the technical authority to ensure business benefits are understood.
  • Collaborate with sales and partner managers to build repeatable patterns that partners can take to market at scale.
  • Drive adoption of hirify.global University tracks, NFR environments, and online resources.
  • Run high-impact discovery and lead proof-of-value (PoV) projects, defining success criteria and executive summaries.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Consulting working with cloud and SaaS technology.
  • Proven experience with Channel Partner engagement, enablement, and technical training.
  • Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, or Security, ideally within observability, SIEM, or data platform contexts.
  • Proficiency with Linux and working knowledge of JavaScript and Regex.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% to customers, partners, and event locations.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or other solution selling methodologies.
  • Cloud Platform certifications.
