What you will do

• Be the voice of the studio by building and managing a Discord community during game development.
• Engage early players, spark conversations, and run events to keep hype alive.
• Gather feedback, bug reports, and player insights from the community.
• Translate community input into actionable information for the Game team.
• Collaborate with marketing and games teams, including occasional in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Recently graduated with Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• Genuine passion for video games and deep understanding of gamer culture
• Knowledge of Discord (server architecture, bots, roles, permissions)
• Understanding of social platforms: Reddit, TikTok, X
• Excellent written and spoken English for clear, witty, precise copy
• Based in Barcelona or commutable distance
• Curious, analytical, organized, proactive

Nice to have

• Experience moderating Discord server or subreddit
• Basic skills in Photoshop, Canva, or video editing
• Knowledge of mobile gaming KPIs (Retention, ROAS, CPI)
• General knowledge of Japanese anime and Bandai Namco IPs
