What you will do

• Lead brand strategies and execution for IPs across games, comics, podcasts, digital assets, and physical goods.
• Own full brand lifecycle from pitch to live ops across multiple verticals.
• Manage external creators, agencies, and partners to deliver aligned content.
• Collaborate with internal teams on unified identity and campaigns.
• Design go-to-market strategies merging brand, narrative, and product.
• Conduct brand health checks, insights analysis, and strategic pivots.

Requirements

• 5+ years in brand, IP, or franchise management in entertainment, games, or media.
• Experience leading multi-platform storytelling from 0 to 1.
• Strong creative instincts for tone, audience, and positioning.
• Proven project management with timelines and cross-functional coordination.
• Understanding of IP law, licensing, and protection strategies.
• Data literacy to interpret insights and inform strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with transmedia publishing or early-stage IP development.
• Launching and running games on Steam.
