Location: Fully onsite at the Lisbon office, Portugal; relocation support is available.

Salary: €46,000–€56,000 annually, to be discussed.

What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule text, image, and short-form video content aligned with the brand voice.
• Manage comments, messages, and mentions while fostering an engaged online community.
• Track reach, engagement, and conversion metrics and turn findings into strategy improvements.
• Monitor platform trends, updates, and best practices to keep campaigns effective.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, designers, and content creators on cohesive campaigns and advertising initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and brand communities.
• Strong copywriting skills and a deep understanding of brand voice and messaging.
• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a creative approach to visual storytelling and engagement.
