What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging text, image, and short-form video content aligned with brand objectives.
• Foster a positive online community by monitoring and responding to user comments and messages.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive and high-quality visual storytelling.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Around 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities.
• Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of brand voice and messaging.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate analytics data into actionable insights.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Lisbon for a fully onsite role.
