What you will do

• Request and obtain medical records from hospitals, clinical facilities, and physician offices via various channels and partner portals.
• Follow up on outstanding requests through phone, fax, email, and portals to ensure timely receipt.
• Review records for completeness and accuracy, resolving issues related to missing or duplicate data.
• Organize, merge, and upload medical records into electronic platforms while maintaining detailed logs.
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, PIPEDA, and other applicable privacy regulations.
• Communicate records status, timelines, and delays to internal staff members.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Colombia.
• At least two years of experience in Customer Service and healthcare services.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare system.
• Intermediate or above data entry skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication and listening skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
