What you will do

• Deeply understand products, competition, and dual audiences of accounting professionals and their clients to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Lead design initiatives spanning multiple product teams, coordinate resources, and solve complex system design challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, diverge/converge ideas quickly, and design simple, elegant interfaces with high polish.
• Steward the design system evolution, pair with engineers on prototypes, and improve shipping processes through better handoffs and tooling.
• Contribute to product strategy, influence vision, and partner with marketing for competitive positioning.
• Mentor designers, co-own team health, and role model values while sharing ideas publicly.
