Senior Product Designer

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Growth): Own the complete product design process from discovery to delivery for acquisition journeys including website, landing pages, medical questionnaire, and checkout with an accent on educating customers about healthcare treatments. Focus on validating hypotheses via prototyping, user testing, A/B tests, and collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, clinicians, and engineers.

Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil. Reporting to Head of Product Design (UK) and Brazil teams.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery, prioritizing customer needs for Brazil projects.
• Create intuitive landing pages communicating healthcare offerings clearly.
• Improve acquisition journey including medical questionnaire and checkout for clarity and growth.
• Validate ideas using prototyping, user testing, and A/B tests.
• Define and own key metrics for project success.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative customer research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, stakeholders, clinicians, and engineers.
• Mentor other designers and maintain design system.

Requirements

• Fluent English required for daily interaction with international teams
• 7+ years product design experience with consumer-facing, mobile-first products
• Strong visual design skills and portfolio of shipped websites/web products
• Experience organizing qualitative user research (interviews, usability testing)
• Familiarity with Figma libraries and design systems
• Outcome-focused prioritization, growth mindset, team player
• Great communication and stakeholder management in Portuguese and English
