Senior Product Designer (SaaS)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (SaaS/eCommerce): Crafting user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms with an accent on user research, experimentation, and design excellence. Location: Must be based in Brazil. Hybrid setup available with a remote-first policy and an open HQ in Florianópolis.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
• Identify and optimize key user journeys using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Create essential design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to and evolve the organization's design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Align design decisions with overarching business goals and product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for medium to large-scale digital products.
• Solid experience in conducting and applying user research for discovery and validation.
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive design decisions.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
• Location: Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2C eCommerce and/or B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies and Design Sprints.
• Experience working in mobile-first environments.
