What you will do
- Install, maintain, and provide after-sales service for banknote processing systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints while supporting new product launches and demos.
- Manage service documentation, including reports and spare parts transactions.
- Control spare parts inventory and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Perform fault analysis and develop maintenance and improvement plans.
- Compile management reports and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English and Chinese.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Proficient computer literacy.
