What you will do
- Troubleshoot and analyze customer production line software/hardware issues, learning fault localization and root cause analysis.
- Assist with system installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, retrofits, training, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Support test program release to production and solve technical issues using electronics/electrical engineering knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer technical support and issue escalation processes.
- Undergo technical training, document issues, and build knowledge through practical guidance.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate or above in electronics engineering or related field, with strong interest in semiconductor testing and engineering.
- Must be able to commit to on-site support or short-term business trips without affecting studies.
- Good engineering fundamentals, learning ability, and skills in problem localization and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, service mindset, result-oriented, and responsibility.
- Basic ability to read and organize technical documents and work orders; English read/write preferred.
