Technical Account Manager (Enterprise Mobility)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers, managing accounts with up to 5,000 devices.
• Provide SME-level technical consultancy for hirify.global MobiControl and other hirify.global One Platform products.
• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and perform on-boarding for new enterprise customers.
• Manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Priority 1 cases to prevent future reoccurrences.
• Collaborate with backend software development teams to provide feedback for product fixes and enhancements.
• Create technical documentation, network diagrams, and knowledge base articles based on troubleshooting and research.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English speaking skills
• Must be based in Belgium or Morocco
• Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical roles such as implementation specialist, technical support, or solutions architect.
• Robust understanding of Networking concepts including TCP/IP, certificates, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and routing.
• Experience with Windows Server administration, including LDAP/AD and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of Android, Apple, and Windows operating systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS SQL.
• Background in Enterprise Mobility solutions.
