What you will do

• Create efficient and buildable kitchen and bathroom layouts aligned with project scope and construction feasibility.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings to help clients visualize renovation concepts.
• Assist with design revisions, material planning, and space optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit plans for city permitting processes and track approval statuses.
• Coordinate project timelines and internal tasks to ensure smooth transitions into construction.
• Collect and organize vendor and trade bids for various project scopes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Residential, Kitchen, or Interior Designer focused on remodeling projects.
• Proficiency with Chief Architect (preferred), 2020 Design, SketchUp, or equivalent software.
• Ability to create practical cabinetry plans and realistic 3D renderings.
• Understanding of residential remodel workflows and permitting processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for interacting with customers and vendors.
• Portfolio showing real project layouts and remodeling design work is strongly preferred.
