What you will do

• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones and manage all logistics, including bookings and cancellations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
• Support the ATS implementation project by reviewing, cleansing, and standardizing candidate and requisition records.
• Validate data mapping between legacy and new ATS platforms and perform migration testing.
• Post job advertisements across internal and external channels according to approval processes.
• Manage offer administration, including preparing documents and tracking background checks.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in high-volume or regional environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and calendar tools like Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle competing scheduling priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate data and system updates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
