What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and grow the network of implementation partners in France.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships to ensure certification and performance standards are met.
• Develop and deliver training to enable partners to implement products independently.
• Handle cross-regional Partner Ops tickets and escalations across the EMEA region.
• Analyze partner performance metrics and provide local market intelligence to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to align with GTM strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in partner or channel management within SaaS, POS, or hospitality tech.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Experience working in fast-paced, international scaling tech environments.
• Proficiency with operational tools such as Jira and Salesforce.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
