What you will do

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close, including preparation and review of journal entries for commissions, payroll, and accruals.
• Manage the Open PO accrual process, including reporting, stakeholder coordination, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze payroll-related entries across U.S. and Canada entities.
• Perform account reconciliations and true-ups for vacation liabilities, commissions, and vendor accruals.
• Partner with Procurement, Payroll, and SEC Reporting teams to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Support audit requests and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant public accounting experience, ideally in multinational or tech-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
• Experience with payroll, commissions, and intercompany accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (Workday, Blackline preferred).
