What you will do

• Analyze performance data and skill gaps to create targeted training modules.
• Design comprehensive career progression frameworks and competency-based milestones.
• Develop holistic leadership training programs for various organizational levels.
• Build business cases for learning initiatives to demonstrate ROI and alignment with priorities.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to ensure training outcomes meet business needs.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering training programs in operational environments.
• Strong data analysis skills to translate performance gaps into learning solutions.
• Proven experience in curriculum design and developing training modules.
• Ability to influence senior operational leaders and defend strategic decisions.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to align training with company goals.
• Working hours: 11:00am – 9:00pm PHT to support AU & UK collaboration.
