What you will do

• Install and administer SCCM Primary & Secondary Server software, including Management Points and Cloud Management Gateways (CMG).
• Manage the full device lifecycle for iOS, macOS, Windows 10, and Android using Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Create and deploy LOB and Store applications across multiple OS platforms and regions.
• Execute patch management for all workstations and non-ITS servers, utilizing WSUS for regular updates and cleanup.
• Develop hardware and software inventory reports using SQL and PowerBI to track usage and compliance.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for SCCM clients and resolve complex infrastructure problem tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SCCM and Intune infrastructure administration and operations.
• Deep knowledge of Windows and Mac workstation computing.
• Experience managing SQL databases specifically for SCCM environments.
• Ability to create and distribute software packages for diverse client regions.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta, Georgia office.
