What you will do

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and Salesforce PAMs, AEs, and Solution Engineers.
  • Generate and manage a co-sell pipeline in collaboration with Salesforce field teams.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual joint GTM plans with Salesforce.
  • Enable internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams on Salesforce programs and co-sell motions.
  • Ensure partner program compliance and track certifications (e.g., Navigator tiers).
  • Drive industry-specific motions for Manufacturing Cloud, Data Cloud, and AI/Einstein Copilot.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industry Clouds).
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with Salesforce PAMs and field teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working directly for Salesforce or a Salesforce Consulting Partner.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Associate, Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Exposure to Salesforce partner programs such as Navigator, MSP, or OEM.
