Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within Automotive SaaS.
- 3+ years of firsthand experience in motor dealer after-sales or vehicle sales operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and complex projects.
- Technical proficiency with software, dashboards, analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time to dealer locations across the UK and Ireland.
