What you will do

• Support and continuously improve digital tools used by plants for maintenance activities and quality controls.
• Act as the primary point of contact between plant users and IT delivery teams to translate needs into system solutions.
• Ensure consistent performance of SAP applications supporting maintenance execution and quality inspections across regions.
• Analyze requests and incidents to prioritize and deliver system improvements.
• Lead global rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades, including testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to standardize and harmonize operational processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM).
• Strong functional expertise in S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of preventive/corrective maintenance and quality inspection processes.
• Proven ability to manage business stakeholders and translate operational needs into functional specifications.
• Experience working within global or multi-plant environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
