What you will do

  • Own and optimize the MarTech stack, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce, including Chilli Piper routing.
  • Architect customer journey touchpoints and lifecycle stages to improve workflow efficiency and campaign speed.
  • Build automated lead capture, routing, and nurture workflows to enable personalization at scale.
  • Design and implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent leads for Sales handoff.
  • Integrate AI-powered lead enrichment tools such as Clay and Apollo to enhance data quality.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and attribution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce CRM, including complex integrations and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered lead enrichment and data tools.
  • Proven success in designing lead lifecycle strategies and scoring models that accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
  • Thorough understanding of global privacy laws, specifically GDPR and CCPA.

Nice to have

  • HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or N8N.
  • Experience using Highspot for marketing and sales alignment.
