What you will do

• Lead IT and Information Systems (IS) operations and strategy to support corporate growth and operational efficiency.
• Act as "Customer Zero" for hirify.global Autopilot, providing critical feedback and use-case data to Product and R&D teams.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of core business platforms (CRM, ERP, HRIS) and ensure seamless cross-system integration.
• Oversee network infrastructure, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and IT support to maintain 99.9% uptime.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools and process automation to modernize organizational workflows.
• Maintain a robust cybersecurity posture and ensure compliance with GDPR, SOC2, and ISO standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, Information Systems, or Information Security, with a background in infrastructure.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing IT/IS teams and cross-organizational initiatives.
• Proven experience in "dogfooding" internal tools to improve software quality.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and identity management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
