What you will do

• Lead hiring processes and foster the professional growth of a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive technical direction and architectural decisions while remaining fully hands-on in development.
• Own the delivery of high-quality solutions by managing sprint planning and reviewing code.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, and QA to align development with customer needs.
• Promote AI innovation and integrate generative AI tools into daily coding and documentation workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader managing software development teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Proven expertise in system design and building scalable applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be located in or able to work from Petah Tikva, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems.
