Salary: $175,000 – $240,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with the CTO to execute strategic priorities and align engineering vision with company goals.
• Manage Engineering and QA functions, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop the leadership team through performance management and professional growth.
• Implement and monitor engineering KPIs using dashboards to track velocity, quality, and uptime.
• Optimize SDLC procedures to remove roadblocks and standardize workflows and tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales to align on roadmaps and delivery expectations.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
• Proven experience leading large or matrixed engineering teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in SDLC and delivering large-scale roadmap objectives, preferably using Azure or AWS.
• Experience with M&A growth, private equity, or integrating legacy enterprise applications.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and occasionally visit corporate headquarters.
