What you will do

• Manage a cross-functional team of software engineers, QA, and DevOps through the entire SDLC.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality security solutions that meet defined scope and standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Group Managers, and Customer Support to align development with product priorities.
• Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous growth and learning.
• Champion engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and high-quality design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience leading software teams in a product-oriented environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Go, Ruby, Java, or Python.
• Solid experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead team members with varying levels of expertise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
