What you will do

• Plan and align technical roadmap with product stakeholders to support business goals.
• Maintain hands-on coding for POCs, complex features, and toughest challenges.
• Mentor engineers through forums, workshops, and knowledge transfer.
• Lead cross-R&D initiatives and set organization-wide engineering standards.
• Drive reliability, security, scalability, cost-efficiency, and internal tooling.
• Manage technical debt and modernization backlog with Product Manager.

Requirements

• 7+ years as senior engineer or technical leader in high-growth environments.
• Full-stack fluency: Java, Node.js, Python; React, Angular, or Next.js.
• Cloud-native: AWS (preferred), Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.
• Modern tooling: GitHub Copilot or similar as pair programmer.
• Architectural depth: microservices, event-driven systems, DDD, Clean Architecture.

Nice to have

• Data engineering: Kafka, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake.
• AI/DevX: integrating LLMs and developer tooling.
• Experimentation: LaunchDarkly; static analysis: SonarQube.
