What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for backend services, frontend frameworks, and AI agent infrastructure.
• Design and build robust frameworks and systems that power all customer-facing applications.
• Develop the agentic and conversational architecture enabling LLM-powered user interactions and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with AI research, data, and product teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into production systems.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, developer productivity, and rapid iteration.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience with 2+ years leading and mentoring engineers.
• Strong expertise in backend development (Go, Python, Node.js) and modern frontend technologies (React, Vue, TypeScript).
• Proven experience designing distributed and web application architectures.
• Experience working with or integrating AI systems, LLMs, or agent-based architectures.
• Product-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a hands-on, pragmatic approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent orchestration, context management, or retrieval-augmented architectures (RAG).
• Experience in the cybersecurity domain.
• Hands-on expertise in Go development.
